Neotokio is the capital city of Japan in the year 3020. A place whose control is fought over between two Yakuza clans: the conservative clan Minashigo and the progressive clan Kuroi Taiyo. Put yourself into the position of Kaito, who has to rescue Aiko and recover his lost honour as samur i of the clan Minashigo.
