Upon finishing the day, the results screen will appear, consisting of the number of doppelgangers "captured," neighbors killed, and doppelgangers you allowed in, along with a final ranking ranging from S to F. If you allowed a doppelganger to enter at any point, the results screen will be lined with blood, and you can click the "Click to see details" text above your rank you view which doppels you let in and what anomalies you potentially missed.
